pieces for weight

Hi guys every puzzle i have given was simple to every body .
I hope this to the same.

A shopkeeper has a iron piece which weighs 15kgs.But he want to calculate all the weights from that peice.He has decided to break that iron piece now tell me in how many pieces and of which weight he need to break it so that he can calculate what weight he need to till 15kgs.

Can any one tel the Answer...!!! for the following puzzle

There is a small Town called Marapyane there one old man use to stay named Peter Wilson. He use to stay alone in his house as all of his blood relates stay abroad and his wife died in an accident. One day while he is going to the Market he saw his Uncle's Grand Daughter and her husband (i.e., His Uncle Daughter's only Daughter and her husband), who were carrying 4 bags each while in conversation they tell to Peter that in that bags they are having one dog in each bag and each dog is having 4 puppies. As Dogs and their puppies are also living beings so we need to consider them also as count. So now the question is how many members (including living beings) are going to the market..........................?
